Bedside Pastoral

is a Palestinian-Irish-American writer.​ Her work has appeared or is forthcoming in Poetry, Prairie Schooner, Rattle, Narrative, Boulevard, and elsewhere. Her first book, Coriolis, was the winner of the Etel Adnan Poetry Prize.  She is a 2025 NEA Creative Writing Fellow and holds an MFA from the Iowa Writers’ Workshop and an MA in journalism from NYU. She once (accidentally) set a lawn mower on fire. Her favorite words are replete & raincoat.
