Launch Party at Caza Sikes!

 

We expect Issue 15.1 to ship from the printer any day now! Local folks, we’d love to see you at the launch party on Friday, June 1, at Caza Sikes Gallery in Oakley; the event doubles as the gallery opening for an exhibit of new work by Dewey Blocksma, the featured artist in the issue.

Other highlights of the night: wine, charcuterie from The Phoenix, an artist’s talk by Blocksma, and short readings by Shena McAuliffe and Tara Westmor (Issue 15.1 contributors). The talk and readings will happen around 5:30 or 5:45, for the early birds.

The exhibit stays up through July 8 for those who’d still like to see Blocksma’s sculptures in person.
