The Box
1 Minute Read Time

A man in a Pink Floyd shirt was stuck in a box. It was a cardboard
box. He started punching at the box. Eventually it gave in. When
he jumped out of the box, he realized he was being shipped to
England. The man in a Pink Floyd shirt had never been to England,
even though he majored in English literature in undergrad. The
man began to realize he could finally see some of the sites from the
poems he’d read: Tintern Abbey, Big Ben, River Thames, etc., so
he got back into the box. He arrived in England in 7–10 business
days. He walked in the streets. He admired the fog. He listened
to the accents. He wrote poems about his visit. On his last day in
England he had a pint of ale and watched a soccer match. At sunset
he got back into the box and returned to California. He loved the
box. He loved his life.
