Poetry Daily will be featuring work from the latest issue of The Cincinnati Review tomorrow, Thursday, June 20. They’re running something from our translation feature, “the last poem in the world,” by the Danish poet Benny Anderson. Among the most prominent poets in Denmark today, Anderson, who is going strong at eighty-three, is described by his translator Michael Goldman as something of a cross between Robert Frost and Bob Dylan: popular, folksy, and quite canny. You can read the poem tomorrow at www.poems.com. It will be up for a year in the Poetry Daily archive.

If you like Anderson’s work, there’s more where that came from in the new (just released) issue of CR.
